What is Meditation?
Mediation is the practice of mindfulness. It has many benefits to your mental health and wellbeing including better focus and concentration, improved self-awareness and self-esteem, lower levels of stress and anxiety, and fostering kindness. It also has benefits for your physical health, as it can improve your tolerance for pain and help fight substance addiction.
1 on 1 meditation
These meditation sessions are tailored to you and will help you go within and trust your meditation journey. These sessions are a wonderful way to find peace and calm around specific areas in your life or to just be and get in touch with your higher self.
Corporate meditation
Mindfulness in the workplace is becoming more important and meditation is an effective way to help reduce stress, frustration and anxiety in your employee's which promotes a more harmonious environment while boosting focus and productivity.
Corporate sessions available
- One off group meditation for up to 12 people
- 4 Week Stress Reduction Meditation program
- 6 Week Stress Reductions Meditation plus EFT Taping program
- 8 Week Mindfulness Meditation Course
- 8 Week Introduction to Meditation Course
Corporate session information
- Session can be run between 30min to 1 hr depending on your requirements
- Classes can be held at your premises or online. Please note travel costs may be extra.
- I hold smaller class sizes so each person can get the most benefit from the meditation. For companies with more than 12 employee's, multiple small group sessions would be recommended.
- Corporate session are usually based around stress reduction and mindfulness. If you would like the content to be around other areas I.e. leadership, sleep, pain management, this could be discussed.
