Using straight forward strategies, the first thing that surprises my clients is that we don't spend a lot of time revisiting "the problem".

We focus on discovering the structure of what prevents you from achieving your best life and work toward flipping the mindset to make positive, lasting changes to the way you think.

Each session is individually tailored and will incorporate some or all of the scientifically proven techniques l am qualified in. 

EFT Tapping

Emotional Freedom Technique (EFT) is a simple, effective technique that instantly sends calming signals to the brains stress center, allowing the body and brain to release limitations from negative experiences, emotions and thoughts.

When we tap, we rewire the brain to make better decisions and take better actions that help with all areas of life where we struggle.

A recent study on tapping showed a 43% decrease in cortisol levels, often known as the "stress hormone"

Time Line Therapy

All learning, behavior and change is done unconsciously and it is in the unconscious mind that we store our memories and the picture of how we see the world. It is also were we store our body's blueprint of perfect health. 

Using Time Line Therapy creates major change in our unconscious mind to remove negative emotions, limiting believes and anxieties etc. without having you relive the traumatic event.

NLP (Neuro Linguistic Programming)

Neuro Linguistic Programming (NLP) is how to use the language of the mind to consistently achieve our specific and desired outcomes.

Hypnosis

Hypnosis is a natural state of mind that everyone experiences every day, often more than once. Hypnosis is the bypass of the critical faculty.

The accepting of selective thinking, thoughts, concepts and ideas that is OK by you and consistent with your values.

Altering a person’s belief or reality through suggestion.

Meditation

Mediation is the practice of mindfulness. It has many benefits to your mental health and wellbeing including better focus and concentration, improved self-awareness and self-esteem, lower levels of stress and anxiety, and fostering kindness. It also has benefits for your physical health, as it can improve your tolerance for pain and help fight substance addiction. 

 

 

In addition to my Mindset Coaching l also offer targeted programs that make real changes to specific areas of your life.

Goal Setting – In this 2 hr session we work on a particular goal that you desire. It could be related to work, family, love, health or anything you want to achieve.

We create a road map to the desired outcome and incorporate Time Line Therapy to remove the blocks or limiting beliefs that stop your goal from becoming a reality. 

Releasing Negative Emotions – In this powerful 2 hour Time Line Therapy Session we work with your unconscious mind to release negative emotions such as anger, sadness, fear, hurt, guilt etc. and replace them with positive emotions, this allows you to let go of negative emotions easily and effortlessly.

This is a favorite amongst my clients as it creates immediate and long lasting change in the way you think and respond to life's challenges.

Each hypnosis program consisting of an initial phone consult where l will run you through the program and give you some tasking. Following this, you will have 3 weekly sessions which will include releasing the underlying emotions needed for permanent change. If you are willing to commit to the process you WILL succeed and finally leave that old you behind for good.

Breaking bad habits - Bad habits can range from nail biting, excessive phone use or fear of plane travel. Either way, bad habits interrupt your life and prevent you from accomplishing your goals. They can jeopardize your health both mentally and physically and waste your time and energy.

By breaking down the cycle of a bad habit, you can identify what triggers the routine and begin to address what really needs to change. This way you can establish a pattern for new and healthier habits.

Meditation – 1 on 1 meditation sessions are tailored to you and will help you go within and trust your meditation journey. These sessions are a wonderful way to find peace and calm around specific areas in your life or to just be and get in touch with your higher self.
