Hi, I'm Jodie

Like many of us, my past was filled with ugly moments and trauma. In my mid 20's and as a new mum, l suffered a series of debilitating panic attacks that began to take hold of my life and wellbeing. Trying to function as a partner, mum, daughter, and friend l kept this secret to myself and did my best to go about my day.

Trying to hide from the truth did not last long and l found myself seeking help to end my suffering. I remember seeing my doctor who told me it was all in my head! Although this was an interesting concept, l didn't know what to do with this information and l was given no tools to change it. Luckily, fate decided to step in and put me in the right place at the right time and l found a healer who would turn my world around. Over the next 20 years, l regularly worked on uncovering the layers that held me back and releasing the tired, old beliefs l no longer needed.

The best part about working on yourself is trusting your intuition and blocking out the noise of those around you. Instead of seeking others' advice and direction, l began to notice that l had the answers within. Once l truly understood this, l found myself on a completely different path, the one meant for me.

All of a sudden, my mind was clear, and after a lifetime in the corporate world, l put faith in my journey, listened to my heart and soul, and put that life behind me to seek a more fulfilling and aligned space for me to work. I trusted that l would end up where l was meant to be, which led me to the here and now.
Now in my 50s, l have so much gratitude for my journey so far and l am finally living life by my rules. I continue to grow and try to live without expectation, making the most of each day.
